This course offers effective strategies and practical tips to help you go smoothly through the listening process, understand what is being said in meetings, conferences, seminars/webinars, face to face conversations, and avoid trouble due to possible misunderstandings.

What You will Learn

This Business English course aiming at developing your listening skill is divided into 6 lessons. Each lesson  is a video which ends with practical exercises to help you  reach your goal of becoming a better listener and enhance your communication with others at work. About Your Instructor

Dr. Hanadi Mirza has been an English instructor and teacher trainer at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Pedagogy since 2000.

She’s also been teaching in private institutions mainly L.I.U. and ISSAE-Cnam since 2011.

She’s been the educational consultant and teacher trainer for English and Arabic teachers from KG up to grade 7 in two private schools since 2014.

Dr. Mirza has been delivering a wide variety of workshops for pre-service and in-service teachers locally and internationally since 2006.

She has also presented her research papers in local and international conferences since 2015.

Her teaching experience since 1998 has contributed greatly in perfecting her teaching skills, strengthening her relationships with students, and improving her testing skills.

Her knowledge in psychology and educational psychology refined her relations with colleagues, administrative people, staff, and others. She believes that collaboration, cooperation, and coordination through teamwork are the key to success for any educational organization.
