This course, is for any manager (or aspiring manager) who is starting out in project management practices. Throughout this course, you will be presented with an introduction to projects and strategic planning, scope management, scheduling, cost management and budgeting, and stakeholder and communication management. You will learn adaptive and predictive life cycles and apply some of the Project Management Institute best practices like the Critical Path Method (CPM), defining the scope, estimating duration and cost, engaging stakeholders and putting it all together in a scheduling software. Finally, you will learn how to utilize some of the key PMI/PMBoK processes, tools and techniques. By the end of this course, you will be able to project manage any type of projects.
