Gaby has more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles. His core competencies include Project Management Office (PMO) management, projects and change management, business coaching and mentoring, speaking, training, consulting, and business transformations. Gaby has diversified experience in many industries like banks and financial institutions, oil and gas, incubators and accelerators, start-ups, retailers and consumer products, government, telecom, FMCGs, and not-for-profit and education.
Gaby spent with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) more than 12 years were he was the Director in charge of the consulting practice in the Beirut office. With PwC, he was leading a team of 15 consultants acting across the MEA region and delivering work around strategy implementation, operational effectiveness, technology effectiveness, internal audit and risk management.
After leaving PwC, he moved to BLC Bank where he headed the Project Management Office (PMO). Within less than one year, he has established a hybrid strategic and delivery PMO there. In his tenure he drafted project management frameworks and methodologies, designed and delivered trainings, automated the portfolio of projects and supervised the complete cycle of project initiation, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing of more than 65 projects.
Today Gaby is a certified business coach with ActionCOACH and The John Maxwell Team. He is also a certified Sales Advisor with Jeffrey Gitomer Sales Academy. His current role is to help business owners grow their business and leaders to reach their potential. He does that using coaching, speaking, advisory, and training.
